Teaming up with French bands including A.P.C, HERVE CHAPELIER, PETIT BATEAU, special collaboration items, as well as accessories from CHARLOTTE CHESNAIS and ceramics from ASTIER DE VILLATTE will be released. The pop-up store will also carry out the exclusive pre-launches of the latest collaboration with Nike, the “LDV WAFFLE” sneaker, following with the custom-beaded BeatsX wireless earphones collaborated with Beats by Dre. in March.
Besides this, equipments exhibited in the pop-up store will be customized housewares, reforming vintage designs to modern ones, designed by the Japanese 3D molding group GELCHOP, which has been cooperating with sacai for years. The store also features a pop-up cafe that will be run by the French popular coffee shop Honor Cafe. In an exclusive space for Hiroshi Fujiwara, the founder of fragment design, the limited-edition series collaborated with the two brands under the “sacai (not sacai)” label with also be released.
Sarah expresses her joy in continuing friendly relationship with Chiseto with the project after many years of collaboration between sacai and Colette. She mentioned that only sacai could make such a twist letting the classic French brand shine with its eclectic mix with Beats by Dr. Dre and Nike, giving the pop-up a unique vibe.
At the same time, a limited-time online store will also be launched.
