Japan｜Keiichi Tanaami x adidas Original Exhibition Starting February 2nd
Artist Keiichi Tanaami collaborated with adidas Originals showcasing "Tanaami x adidas Originals" exhibition held at NANZUKA starting Feb. 2. The exhibit features Tanaami’s 16 new works and 3 new stereoscopic ones in canvas that includes the three-leaf "Trefoil" logo from adidas. In conjunction to this, the clothing line "ADICOLOR X TANAAMI"collection is set to release in March, featuring 9 items including a California sleeve striped T-shirt and bringing back the Firebird tracksuit released four years ago.
Keiichi Tanaami has been active since the 1960s. With more than half a century of experience, his works are not limited to imagery, and his creative activities are not restricted by the media as an artist who has always challenging and cross boundaries. He’s worked with The Monkees "Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones Ltd (1967)" and Jefferson Airplane "After Bathing At Baxters (1967)" Japanese album cover, designed Japanese Andy Warhol exhibition poster and among other major companies and brands such as Stussy, Louis Vuitton, Disney, and many more.
