There was also an announcement about the successor of Chanel. Until now, the names of Alber Elbaz and Hedi Slimane of former LANVIN have been discussed, however in the end, Karl’s right hand women for 30 years, Virginie Viard was appointed. Virginie Vial appeared as a substitute for Karl during the Chanel show finale.
