Ever since Japanese mega pop star Amuro Namie announced her retirement from the music scene, her influence in Asia has once again turned the tides. She recently became the ambassador of fast fashion brand, H&M since the spring and is releasing her last fashion-related event by collaboration, Namie Amuro x H&M before her official retirement. As the campaign, a film was launched for H&M and will promote in 600 stores across Japan, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

The first set we see in the campaign is Amuro Namie wearing a white shirt paired with an oversized gray sweater and striped wide-leg pants. The overall shape of the autumn has a cozy casual vibe that’s different from her usual sexy and cute style. This collection shows a sartorial edited laid back version that’s sophisticated and effortlessly transitions from casual to work in basic tones of nude, black and white ash. The price is affordable ranging between 599 yen to 7499 yen.

Starting from August 7th, the Shibuya, Harajuku, Nagoya Matsuzaka, Shinsaibashi, Kyoto, and Hiroshima branch will launch its collaboration and on August 16th, stores will be decorated with a large-scaled Namie Amuro x H&M poster. In addition, her music will become the main music in the store.
